Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Pan-India Delivery Coverage

LittleLayers ships from our primary fabrication studio in Dibrugarh, Assam to every serviceable PIN code across India. We partner with reliable, express logistics providers including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post Speed Post.

2. Production Time vs. Shipping Time

Because each 3D creation is physically fabricated layer-by-layer rather than picked from a mass warehouse shelf, your order turnaround comprises two distinct phases:

• Phase 1 — Print & Post-Processing (1–3 Business Days):
  Your model is sliced, scheduled on our print farm, printed over multiple hours, carefully cleaned, and UV-cured (for resin miniatures) or post-annealed (for PLA/PETG).
• Phase 2 — Courier Transit (5–7 Business Days):
  The parcel is dispatched via express air/surface courier from Assam. Most metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Guwahati) receive delivery within 5–7 days from dispatch.

Total estimated timeframe from order confirmation to your doorstep: 5 to 10 days.

3. Shipping Charges

• Orders ₹299 and above: FREE Shipping anywhere in India.
• Orders under ₹299: A nominal flat shipping charge of ₹49–₹79 is calculated at checkout based on weight and distance.

4. Real-Time Order Tracking

We keep you informed at every step of your print's journey:

• You can track the live status (Queued → Printing → Quality Check → Shipped → Delivered) anytime using your Order ID on our Track Order Page.
• When dispatched, you receive courier AWB tracking links directly on WhatsApp and email.

5. Shockproof Protective Packaging

3D printed models contain fine geometries that require meticulous packaging. Every LittleLayers order is packaged in:

• Shock-absorbing multi-layer high-density bubble wrap.
• Custom internal foam stabilization to protect delicate overhangs, limbs, and keyrings.
• Rigid, double-walled corrugated exterior boxes sealed with tamper-evident tape.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

• Standard Catalog Products: May be canceled for a full refund anytime prior to courier dispatch.
• Custom Commissions & Personalized Prints: Custom models (bespoke lithophanes, personalized names, client STL files) can only be canceled within 3 hours of order placement. Once slicing is completed and raw filament or resin extrusion has started on the machine, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

7. Damaged in Transit & Replacement Procedure

In the rare event that courier mishandling causes damage to your 3D print:

• Step 1: Take clear photos or a short video showing the broken item and outer shipping packaging within 48 hours of receiving the package.
• Step 2: Contact our team via WhatsApp at +91 6000061991 or email [email protected] with your Order ID (e.g. LL-1234567890).
• Step 3: Once verified, we prioritize an immediate reprint and dispatch a replacement to your doorstep at zero cost to you.

8. Returns & Non-Returnable Items

Due to the bespoke, made-to-order manufacturing process of additive manufacturing, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, our Free Replacement Guarantee fully protects you against transit damage, wrong color variations, or defective prints.
